How Much?
There really is no such thing as a set amount of tea to use. Always keep in mind your taste preferences when brewing tea, the size of the brewing vessel, and how much tea are you going to drink (how many re-steeps). Any good whole leaf tea will yield at least 3 good steeps. The ancient Chinese have a saying, “Seven steeps and tea should still be aromatic!”
We suggest about 3-5 grams (about a heaping teaspoon) of tea per 8oz of water (1 cup).
